We are always with intent of the growth of our firm in order to maintain accurate and proficient management of the project.\u00a0 We affiliate with legitimate individuals and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> parties having specific skills (Cost consulting,\u00a0 Design &amp; Drafting, Facility &amp; building engineering, interior concept, ETC).<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\">our Team in Abanoub <\/span><span style=\"color: #008080;\">creating Scale<\/span><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> Models for the past 30 years, including commercial &amp; residential development,\u00a0 landscapes and oil industry.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\">our\u00a0models are used as a communication tool, and the higher the quality, the more effective the message.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\">principles \u00a0works with our clients to determine the essence of what needs to be communicated with the project. This helps drive the type of Scale models that will be built, along with what scale to use.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\">We have several \u00a0\u00a0types of Models:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Massing models<\/strong> Where monochrome cubes or blocks might be used to represent buildings.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Site model<\/span><\/strong> Depicts buildings and the areas around them, such as roads, parking lots, landscaping and cars.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>Architectural display models<\/strong> <\/span>Very detailed and include such things as lush landscaping, lighting, and other highly realistic features.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>An interior model<\/strong> <\/span>shows exactly that \u2013 what\u2019s inside a space. It may involve a lift off roof or side cut always for viewing. It might have very detailed furniture,<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>An urban model<\/strong> <\/span>Typically depicts larger areas, whether it be city blocks, part of a town or a whole community. Detail can vary greatly on these as well and is usually determined by the scale that was chosen for the project.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>Landscape models<\/strong> <\/span>Emphasise the trees, plantings, grasses as well as any structures, bodies of water and unique terrain features that might be included in the area depicted.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>An architectural diorama <\/strong><\/span>Attempts to tell a story visually. It includes all the elements necessary to represent a place or moment in time. A diorama may not be completely to scale, but depict objects in the background purposefully smaller in order to give the illusion of depth or distance.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>Topographic model<\/strong><\/span> Shows the elevations, shapes and features of a particular land surface.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>Industrial Models<\/strong> <\/span>Shows details of the machines, oil and gas rigs and other Industrial\u00a0 equipment.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Directors of Abanoub Development .have Design &amp; Build experience in all areas of the ideal Design dream.
